Abstrak

Gangguan muskuloskeletal masih menjadi beban kesehatan global utama dan termasuk di antara masalah kesehatan kerja yang paling umum, khususnya pada profesi pengajar. Studi ini meneliti hubungan antara lama berdiri selama mengajar dan gangguan muskuloskeletal di kalangan guru sekolah dasar di Kota Serang, Provinsi Banten. Studi observasional analitik dengan desain cross-sectional dilakukan pada 110 guru, yang dipilih menggunakan metode multi-stage sampling. Partisipan mengisi kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM) secara mandiri. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-square. Di antara responden, 37,3% melaporkan berdiri selama lebih dari satu jam saat mengajar, sedangkan 79,1% mengalami gangguan muskuloskeletal. Analisis statistik menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara durasi berdiri dan gangguan muskuloskeletal (p = 0,083). Namun, usia, jenis kelamin, dan IMT berhubungan secara signifikan dengan terjadinya gangguan muskuloskeletal. Berdasarkan ini, disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar guru di Kota Serang berdiri kurang dari satu jam setiap kali mengajar, namun sebagian besar melaporkan gangguan muskuloskeletal. Berdiri dalam waktu lama tidak berhubungan secara signifikan dengan gangguan muskuloskeletal, namun faktor lain, termasuk usia, jenis kelamin, dan BMI, mungkin berkaitan dengan gangguan muskuloskeletal.
