Abstract

Stigma terhadap Orang dengan Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ) dapat menghambat akses layanan kesehatan, kualitas perawatan, dan proses pemulihan. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi stigma di kalangan tenaga kesehatan serta menganalisis faktor sosiodemografi dan profesional yang mempengaruhi stigma tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional, data dikumpulkan pada Oktober 2024 dari 62 tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas dan Dinas Kesehatan di Kota Tangerang dan Kota Tangerang Selatan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah CAMI-12, dengan analisis distribusi frekuensi, uji Independent T-test, dan ANOVA. Mayoritas responden adalah perempuan (75,8%), berusia <37 tahun (51,6%), perawat (50,0%), dan telah bekerja lebih dari 10 tahun (58,1%). Skor rata-rata CAMI-12 adalah 28,87 (SD=4,67). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin dan profesi berhubungan signifikan dengan stigma dan faktor pengecualian (p<0,05). Namun, usia, pendidikan, status pernikahan, lama bekerja, dan pengalaman menangani program kesehatan jiwa tidak menunjukkan hubungan signifikan. Stigma masih ditemukan di kalangan tenaga kesehatan, terutama berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan profesi, sehingga diperlukan pelatihan khusus untuk menguranginya. Penelitian lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor lain yang mempengaruhi stigma dan efektivitas strategi pengurangannya dalam layanan kesehatan di Indonesia.
